Organic green coffee beans - Arabica Ethiopia Maji

Ethiopia is considered the cradle of coffee. An admirable diversity of "wild" coffees can still nowadays be found in some regions of Ethiopia. Premium qualities are achieved thanks to the special cultivation method: the forest where the wild, planted coffee trees grow, is slightly thinned out. This procedure is carried out with an upmost care so that the forest structure stays unaffected.

This organic green coffee originates from the Arabica species Ethiopia (quality grade 2, washed) from controlled organic cultivation in accordance with EU Regulation (EG No. 834/2007).
