Arabica Green Coffee Beans - Ethiopia Sidamo

Ethiopia is the oldest coffee-growing region in the world. An admirable diversity of "wild" coffees can still nowadays be found in some regions of Ethiopia. Premium qualities are achieved thanks to the special cultivation method: the forest where the wild, planted coffee trees grow, is slightly thinned out. This procedure is carried out with an upmost care so that the forest structure stays unaffected.The noble Ethiopia Sidamo coffees impress with their unique flavours.

This coffee originates from the Arabica species Ethiopia and its quality corresponds to Grade 2 - washed.

Taste profile:

moderate body, some fruit notes of blueberry, light citrus aromas, chocolaty finish, well balanced acidity. A very nice fruity and chocolaty premium coffee for the afternoon.
