Green Coffee Beans - Arabica Indian Monsooned Malabar

This Indian Arabica coffee is a very special one. It comes from the area Malabar, was specially prepared and is therefore particularly soft in the taste. In the monsooning process, the natural influences of the former transport route are imitated by sailing ship. Exposed to the sun, monsoon winds and the salty climate, he changed color and taste during the passage to Europe and thus achieved his unique taste. Today, this process is replicated by a 10-week storage in special, open and well-ventilated warehouses on the coast. Due to the high humidity there, these beans swell and get their characteristic color and the special taste.

It is a high-bean and high-quality Arabica green coffee (quality AA, unwashed, monsooned).
